My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was stunning, nestled in the mountains, but the room I had wasn’t what I expected; there was no view of Mount Fuji, and it felt a bit worn down. The service started off a little frosty, but overall, they were helpful. Dining options were decent, but I felt limited compared to local guests. Overall, it offers good value for money but definitely has room for improvement.
