Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was stunning, nestled in the mountains, but the room I had wasn’t what I expected; there was no view of Mount Fuji, and it felt a bit worn down. The service started off a little frosty, but overall, they were helpful. Dining options were decent, but I felt limited compared to local guests. Overall, it offers good value for money but definitely has room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, which made my time there enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I found the dining options a bit limited. Plus, while the location was beautiful, I felt that some amenities could be improved. Overall, it’s a good place for the price, but there are definitely some areas that could use a little extra attention.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it had a good location and was clean, the room situation was less than ideal. I was disappointed that the promised view of Mount Fuji was nowhere to be seen, and I had to deal with a smoking room despite not requesting one. The staff was friendly and accommodating after a frosty start, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area, but I was a bit let down by my room, which was supposed to be non-smoking but felt rather unclean with some mold and lots of dust. However, the spacious room did have a large table where we could enjoy our meals, and the service was quite accommodating, especially with the bicycle storage. Overall, I think it offers good value for money considering the large space, but cleanliness is definitely an issue that needs addressing.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was beautiful and the staff eventually became accommodating, the room left much to be desired with cleanliness issues and a promised view of Mount Fuji that I never saw. The service started off a bit frosty, but improved over time, making it feel more welcoming. Overall, it wasn't bad, but certainly not perfect.
